I'M BACK FROM OBS!
Oh my goodness, i had a rockinggoodtime :) x 100
I take back what i said bout my group. It rocks so so much, go-BATTUTA-go!
Trekking was pretty tiring. We walked like what, 20 km, throughout the whole expedition. But it was all worth it, all the bonding and so on.
Kayaking with Jean was greatt :) Kept rafting up then floating away again, hahha. Must've rafted up at least three times before everyone got in line. Fun fun fun.
Lotsa love to Laura, Jean & vinolia. My fellow tent mates, hahha. They're so much fun :) We may not pitch the best tent, but we sure do make the best tent mates.
Then there was the rock wall, a little disappointed that i didnt complete the overhanging part. Ohwell, no one else did so. In those 4 groups at least, hahha :) I spiralled on my way down, the rope got entangled or something. Fricking embarrassing! Gahh.
Our group came in first for the land expedition. Whoo-hoow :D The performance was oh-so-funny, partly dedicated to the best instructor around, KENN! He's so much fun.
But i must say, the quarry jump/ rafting was the best part of the whole OBS course. The water was a crystal clear green. We built our raft with four barrels and eight poles. And it was the only one that managed to get into the water alright. We named "battu-horfun", Hahha, inside joke :) Broke apart halfway though, the two keiths swam back.
Field cooking is rather interesting. Lots of credit to laura, best rice-turned-porridge ever. We had noodles cooked in campbell's cream of chicken on the last night. Tasted goooood :)
Of course the there the funny bums in the group. Like maximus and sophia. Hahha, they make me laugh larh. Maximus and his stupid similies. He goes like "Wahlau, I'm as wet as a fishpond" and "You're as stupid as a sock". Julien and keith were fantastic leaders too
